Use cases
Prepare a meeting
Everything relevant about a company at a glance before a customer meeting — instead of clicking through tabs and subpanels.
“Summarise everything about Muster GmbH: contacts, open opportunities, recent activities and open invoices.”
“What has happened since my last meeting with Ms Schmidt?”
Tools: list_records, get_record, list_related
Analyse & overview
Ask your data questions in plain language: the assistant translates them into filters, periods and ordering.
“Which opportunities above €10,000 close this quarter? Ordered by amount.”
“Which invoices are more than 30 days overdue, and for which companies?”
Tools: describe_model, list_records
Update after a call or email
Create notes, tasks and new contacts straight from the conversation and link them to the company or opportunity.
“Add Max Mustermann as a contact at Muster GmbH, phone +49 711 123456, and link him to the opportunity “Project X”.”
“Create a task for next Tuesday: follow up on the quote with Ms Schmidt.”
Tools: create_record, update_record, link_records
Create a quote
Straight from a company and a product list — or, once you have worked out the project scope with the assistant, based on a proven earlier quote with an adapted description and adapted line items. Companies and products may be named or given by part number.
“Create a quote for Muster GmbH for 2× MB-512S and 3 development days.”
“Please create a quote for the project for Muster GmbH, using quote 2026-1234 as the template.”
“Make it five development days instead of three and describe them as the web-shop integration.”
- Product links are kept — every line keeps counting in the product-category statistics.
- The new company's data: billing and shipping address, terms, shipping provider, default discount, VAT id and tax code come from the company, not from the template. The template customer's discount is not carried over.
- Tax: the company's tax code (e.g. exempt for intra-EU deliveries), else the product's, else the standard tax code.
- Own line texts: a generic product such as “development day” can be named and described per project; newly added products otherwise get their product description as a comment.
- Payment terms: from the company or the template; if neither has them, the assistant asks.
- Discounts on individual lines cannot be saved through the API — the assistant points this out; add them in 1CRM.
Tools: get_quote_template, create_quote

Discover
The assistant finds out on its own which areas, fields and option values your 1CRM has — including custom fields and modules.
list_modules | List the available 1CRM modules. |
describe_model | Show a module's fields, option lists, filters and links. |
Read & analyse
Search, filter, summarise. Every hit carries a link that opens the record directly in 1CRM.
list_records | Search and filter records — by fields, periods, amounts, with ordering. |
get_record | Read a record in full, optionally with linked data (contacts, activities, invoices …). |
list_related | List a record's related records. |
Create & maintain
Writes run with the signed-in 1CRM user's permissions and can be switched off server-side.
create_record | Create a new record. |
update_record | Update an existing record. |
delete_record | Delete a record — only where the server allows it. |
link_records | Link records together. |
unlink_records | Remove a link again. |
Quotes
Quotes with line items, discounts and taxes — in one step, optionally from a template.
get_quote_template | Read a quote with its line items as a template (by quote number). |
create_quote | Create a quote with line items — from a company and a product list or based on an existing one; product links are kept. |
Security & permissions
- The assistant always acts with the signed-in 1CRM user's permissions — it only sees and changes what that user may.
- The server stores neither credentials nor 1CRM data; every request goes straight to your 1CRM instance.
- Writes can be switched off server-side (read-only), deletion blocked and the reachable modules limited. Per connection these limits can only be tightened further.
- Most AI tools ask for confirmation before data is changed or created.
Tips for good results
- Name companies, people and numbers as they appear in 1CRM — that saves follow-up questions.
- For custom fields, saying “look at the fields first” helps — the assistant then uses
describe_model. - Before larger records (e.g. quotes) are created, ask to see the draft and confirm it.
